About

Sometimes the greatest challenges lead us to our greatest purpose.

My journey with Louise Hay's philosophy began in 2004 when a friend shared one of Louise's audio CDs with me. I would often listen to it whilst practising yoga at home, and from the very first moment, something deeply resonated.

The message was beautifully simple yet incredibly powerful:

"If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life."

I remember thinking, Why doesn't everyone know this? It felt like discovering one of life's best-kept secrets.

At the time, I was building a successful career in the corporate world, where I would spend almost twenty years working across the UK and Europe in IT Security Sales.

Although Louise's teachings stayed with me, I had no idea just how profoundly they would shape the direction of my own life years later.

A Life-Changing Turning Point:

In June 2018, everything changed.

I was a fairly new mum to our four-year-old son and still working in my corporate role when I woke one morning, sat bolt upright in bed, and felt something suddenly "go" in my neck. I was due to travel into London that day, but I quickly realised I could barely move. The pain was intense, and for a period of time (weeks) I could only find comfort lying down or standing up.

As I began my healing journey, meditation became my sanctuary. It was often the only time I wasn't aware of the pain.

Around that same time, Hay House hosted the Heal Your Life® Worldwide Summit, and I immersed myself in every interview and teaching. I listened to the sessions repeatedly, absorbing Louise's philosophy and gently applying the principles to my own healing journey.

A few months later, although I was improving, I wasn't well enough to return to work. As a contractor, I made the difficult decision to resign from my role so that someone else could continue the work I had begun.

Looking back now, what felt like one door closing was quietly making space for another to open.

Trusting the Process:

In September 2018, I attended the I Can Do It event in London, hosted by Hay House.

Hearing inspirational speakers such as Robert Holden and David Hamilton was wonderful, but it was something else that would completely change the course of my life.

As I wandered around the exhibition area, I came across the Heal Your Life® Workshops stand.

In that moment, everything clicked.

I discovered that it was possible to train as a Heal Your Life® Workshop Leader and share Louise Hay's transformational philosophy and teachings with others.

I remember thinking.........."This is my dream job."

Despite my health challenges and the uncertainty of leaving behind a long corporate career, I trusted that life was gently guiding me towards something I was truly meant to do.

I enrolled on the very next training programme.  It remains one of the best decisions I have ever made.

A Philosophy That Changed My Life:

Since then, I've continued to deepen my learning and qualifications.

I became a certified Heal Your Life® Coach, followed by completing the Leading with Heart and Mind Business Training in 2023, enabling me to bring these powerful principles into organisations, supporting both leaders and employees in creating healthier, more compassionate workplace cultures.

In 2024, I was honoured to become a certified Heal Your Life® Retreat Leader, creating opportunities for people to step away from everyday life and immerse themselves in healing, reflection and personal growth.

In 2026, I became certified in Heal Your Life® Self-Empowerment for Teens, created especially for young people as they navigate the challenges, changes and pressures of their teenage years.

Today, I support people through one-to-one coaching, the online Heal Your Life® group programs & workshops and corporate wellbeing programmes. Whether I'm working with an individual or an organisation, my intention is always the same:

To create a safe, nurturing space where people can reconnect with themselves, recognise their own worth, and discover that lasting change begins from within.

More Than Personal Development

One of the most unexpected gifts of this work has been the incredible people I've met along the way.

There is something truly special about sharing a healing journey with others. Friendships are formed, lives are transformed, and people discover that they are never as alone as they once believed.

It's difficult to put into words unless you've experienced it yourself, but there is a sense of connection, compassion and belonging that naturally grows when people come together with open hearts and a willingness to grow.

My Why

Louise Hay often reminded us that every thought we think is creating our future. Her teachings have become woven into the fabric of my own life.

They have supported me through some of the most challenging chapters of my life, helped me rediscover who I truly am, and ultimately led me to the work I now feel privileged to share with others.

Today, my passion is helping people create positive change from the inside out, whether that's through coaching, workshops, retreats or within the workplace.

Because I truly believe that when we learn to love ourselves more deeply, everything around us begins to change. And perhaps, just as I discovered all those years ago... Changing your thoughts really can change your life.

Getting to the heart of the Matter

My Story

My own journey of personal growth began when I discovered the powerful teachings of Louise Hay and experienced first-hand how changing my thoughts and beliefs could change the way I experienced life.

What started as a personal journey became a passion and, ultimately, my purpose, supporting others to create positive and meaningful change in their own lives.

My Approach

I believe we are powerful beings, and that the relationship we have with ourselves shapes so much of how we experience the world around us.

My approach is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. I create a safe space for you to pause, reflect and reconnect with your own inner wisdom, using tools such as affirmations, journalling, visualisation and guided reflection.

Who I Help

I support people who are ready to reconnect with themselves, quieten the inner critic and develop a more loving and supportive relationship with who they are.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, lacking confidence or self-esteem or simply knowing that something needs to change, I gently support you to recognise your worth, embrace your potential and create positive change from the inside out.

"It's only a thought and a thought can be changed"
